William G. Halliday Jr. passed away on Friday, March 29th 2024 at the age of 77 in Livonia, MI.

Bill was born January 5, 1947, the second oldest of eight siblings, to William G. Halliday Sr and Virginia Halliday (Kennell).

After graduating from Villanova University, Bill attended The United States Air Force Officer Training School and was stationed at Osan Air Base, South Korea.  After discharge, Bill moved his family to Michigan to begin a 35 year engineering career at General Motors.  After 1 year of retirement, he went back to Chrysler and worked another 10 years.  In his spare time he loved to golf and watch sports.

Bill is survived by his loving wife Ava, his two sons William III and Geoffrey, five grandchildren, and seven siblings.

A memorial will be held at Glen Eden Memorial Park in Livonia, MI on Monday, April 15th, at 12pm.  Military honors provided by the Air Force Honor Guard following the service.  All are welcome to join Bill's family for this celebration.
