Sharon, of Farmington, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 24, 2023, at her home. She was 64 years old.
Sharon was born November 5, 1958, in Detroit, Michigan, to the late George and Patricia "Penny" (Fitzgerald) White.
Sharon was a kind and loving soul who loved the Lord. Sharon discovered at a young age that she was musically gifted. She loved to sing and play instruments with the ability to play by ear. Sharon's love for music eventually earned her a full ride music scholarship to Lincoln University in Missouri. She also loved to sing silly songs with her sister Linda.
Sharon accepted Christ as a young adult and loved to share God's word and his goodness with others. She was a member of Due Seasons Christian Church International where she was ordained as a Deacon on New Year's Eve 2022.
Sharon had one child whom she loved dearly. She also loved her grandchildren and her church family. Sharon's kind spirit, strength, and musical talent will live on through her daughter.
Sharon is survived by her loving daughter, Shannon (James) White; beloved grandsons, Tylar White-Henderson, Cameron Henderson, and Jeremiah Henderson; brothers, Donald White, James "Jimmy" White, Darryl (Shahidah) White, Linda (Larry) White-King, and Cynthia "Sippi" (Josh) Fulton; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Patricia; brother, Michael Fitzgerald.
