Scott A. Shepard, age 59, of Warren, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, November 12, 2022 at his home in Warren.

He was born in Detroit, MI, August 25, 1963.

Scott was a DJ for the classic rock radio station in Detroit, WCSX 94.7 FM, for 20 years.  To read about his career and view pictures of him working follow this link;

He graduated from Clawson High School in 1981 and remained close to many of his classmates, seeing them at various places in Clawson.  Scott attended college at Western Michigan University.  He loved hockey, football and baseball, playing all sports until his late teen years.  He especially loved all the sports at University of Michigan.  Scott was a member of the FOE club in Clawson.

Scott is the loving son of Janet and the late Richard Shepard; beloved brother of Donna Dubay and Julie Ferra (Robert); dearest uncle to 5 nieces and nephews.  He will also be missed by many cousins.

The Shepard family will receive guests Saturday, November 19, 11-1 pm, with a sharing of memories by specified friends beginning at 12:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers his family would prefer donations in his name to either, Wounded Warrior Project or Tunnel to Towers Foundation .
