Richard W. McEvilly, "Dick", age 91, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Rose Senior Living, Novi, MI.

He was born in Detroit, MI, February 21, 1932, the son of the late Delia and Patrick McEvilly.

Dick was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Marilyn.

He is the devoted father of Martin (Pamela), Maureen Foerg (Tom), Brian (Anne Marie), Paul (Laura), Teresa Nii (Jonathan), Timothy (Cindy) and the late Beth Pisoni (Chip); cherished grandfather of Allison Foerg and Shelby Haddeland (Jace), Owen and Liam McEvilly, Lily Beth Nii, and Sean McEvilly and great grandfather of Finnegan; dearest brother in law of Doreen and Sandra and brother of the late Patrick (Helen), Donald and Michael.

The McEvilly family will receive guests Friday, June 30, 2-8 pm at the funeral home, with sharing of memories, led by his family, beginning at 7 pm.

A funeral service celebrating Dick's life will be Saturday, July 1, 10 am at the funeral home.

A funeral procession will take Dick to his final resting place, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, next to his beloved wife, Marilyn.
