Peter Anthony Tangora, age 57, of Berkley, passed away unexpectedly, at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Sunday, October 2, 2022.

He was born December 18, 1964, in Detroit, MI, the son of the late Barbara and Charles Tangora.

Peter was a graduate of Farmington High School, class of 1983.  He was an avid sports fan and an eternal optimist every football season, whether it was to cheer on the Lions, the Wolverines, or the Crimson Tide.  He spent over 30 years working at Exotic Automation and Supply and was certainly one of the best at his job.   He enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends.  Peter was a kind soul, helped anyone in need, and made a lasting imprint on everyone he met.

Peter is the loving brother of Michael Tangora, Anne (Richard) Scott, Paul Tangora, Mary Tangora, and Susan (Vernon) Tangora Stephens; beloved uncle to seven nieces and nephews, Jessica Scott, Daniel Tangora, Melissa (Jordan) Scott Lind, Nicholas Tangora, Olivia Scott, Gabriella Tangora (goddaughter), and Zachary Stephens. He will be missed by his two Labrador retrievers, Buddy and Sydney.

The Tangora family will receive friends Friday, November 4, 6:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday November 5, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home, where a service celebrating Peter's life will be held at 12:00pm Saturday.
