Mark, of Farmington Hills, beloved husband, dad and dziadziu, passed into eternal life on Tuesday afternoon, December 13, 2022. He was 93.
Mark was born April 17, 1929, in Detroit, to the late Albert and Stella (Kuligowski) Zaradowski. He married Barbara (Musial) on December 26, 1980, at St. Barbara Catholic Church, Dearborn.
Dr. Greyson graduated from U of D High School and furthered his education at the University of Michigan where he earned both his master's degree and Ph.D. He enjoyed a 30-year career in the Detroit Public School System as a math teacher and guidance counselor. He was last on-staff at Cody High School and retired in the early 1990s.
Mark was a family man who was devoted to his role as husband and father. He enjoyed maintaining his gardens and yard as well as solving crossword puzzles. He and his family especially enjoyed spending time together at their vacation home in the Irish Hills of Michigan. He will be deeply missed.
Surviving are his beloved wife of nearly 42 years, Barbara; two daughters, Kristen (Robert) Ecklond and Courtney Greyson; and three grandchildren, Axel, Fallon, and Enzo Ecklond.
The Greysons will receive guests at the Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home, downtown Farmington, on Sunday afternoon, December 18, from 1-5 pm. Prayers and remembrances are planned for 3 pm.
Mark's funeral mass will be celebrated Monday morning, December 19th, at 10:00 am (in state at 9:30 am) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 23615 Power Rd., Farmington.
A procession to Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum for Mark's entombment will immediately follow mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society .
