Charlene, beloved mother and grandmother, peacefully passed into eternal life early Thursday morning, June 22, 2023.  She was 99 years old.

Charlene was born February 22, 1924, in Christian County, KY, to the late Paul and Veste (Tucker) Downs.  She was preceded in death by husbands, Richard W. Frembes on September 1, 1979, and Norman K. Parker on April 27, 2020.

Surviving are her devoted and loving son, Richard (Sandra) Frembes of Farmington Hills; cherished grandchildren, Richard (Linda) Frembes and Dawnelle (Michael) Wielosinski; and great-granddaughters, Meaghan and Lauren Wielosinski.  She was preceded in death by siblings, Lonnie, William, Pauline, Earl, Pearl, and Merle.

Charlene's family will gather privately prior to her interment at Michigan Memorial Park, Huron Township.
