Kenneth T. Hagen, age 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 20, 2026.

Ken was born on February 5, 1937, in Detroit, Michigan, Ken was a proud Detroiter whose life reflected dedication, loyalty, and quiet strength. He built a remarkable career with Ford Motor Company, where he worked faithfully for 50 years before his well-earned retirement. His work ethic, dependability, and commitment were hallmarks of his professional life.

On October 25, 1985, Ken married Bridget Martin. Together they shared a marriage rooted in companionship, devotion, and enduring love. This past October, they observed their 40th wedding anniversary — a milestone that reflected decades of shared memories, laughter, and steadfast partnership.

Ken had a gentle heart, especially when it came to animals. He had a deep love for his three rescued cats, who brought him companionship and comfort. His compassion for animals reflected the quiet kindness that defined his character.

Ken is survived by his wife of 40 years, Bridget; grandchildren, Ryan Hagen and Sara Hiuser.; great grandchildren, Andrew and Gianna; step sons, Kevin (Erica) Martin, Edward (Kathy) Martin and Daniel (Lindsay) Martin; step grandchildren, Kayla and Ava Martin and Josephine and Alexandria Martin.  Sadly, Ken was preceded in death by his children, Jody Hagen and Kenneth Hagen.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, March 5, 2026, 11 am (gathering 10:30 am) at St. Gerald Catholic Church, 23100 Farmington Rd., Farmington.
