Janette M. Duckett, age 91, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024, at Angela Hospice in Livonia.

Janette was born February 22, 1933, in Detroit, the daughter of Isador and Florence (Ulfig) Susalla.  She married Ira Thomas Duckett on October 11, 1952, and he proceeded her in death on October 2, 2012.

Janette is the loving mother of Michael (Bonnie) Duckett, Cyndi (Eric) Niva and Terri (Michael) Durkacs; cherished grandmother of Jody Durkacs, Melissa (John) Bugeja, Kelli-Ann (Kyle) Bocan, Christopher (Shelly) Duckett, Shaun (Lindsay) Esch and Patrick (Divya) Duckett and 14 great grandchildren.  Janette was preceded in death by two siblings, Ralph Susalla and Rita Walters and great-grandson Miles Oscar.
