Harry L. McLeod, age 84, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023.

Harry was born October 19, 1938, in Southfield, the son of Kendall and Beatrice (Gallop) McLeod.  He married Phyllis Turner and she preceded him in death on July 21, 2018 after 54 years of marriage.  Harry served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Harry is the beloved father of Colleen (Martin) Gubow, Carrie McLeod, Jennifer (Anthony) Jaszczalt, and Melissa (Eric) Gough; loving grandfather of James Wells, Steven Wells, Cassie Valentiner, Jacob Gubow, Lindsay Gubow, Rebecca Gough, Anthony Jaszczalt, Anne Gough, and Amelia Jaszczalt; great grandfather of Jase Jannette and Lilith Wells; fond brother-in-law of Alice McLeod.  In addition to his wife, Phyllis, Harry was preceded in death by brothers, John (Rhoda), Kenneth (Betty) and George.

The McLeod family will receive guests on Wednesday, September 13th, 6-8 pm, and Thursday, September 14th, 2-8 pm, at the funeral home.

A funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 15th, 10:30 am, also at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Parkview Memorial Cemetery in Livonia.
