Proud of his Maltese heritage, Frank held a deep connection to his family's ancestral homeland of Malta. He cherished the time he spent visiting there, and had been looking forward to returning again this summer.
Frank was preceded in death by his father, Frank Joseph Mercieca, and his sister, Michelle Young. He is survived by his mother, Jane (Buttigieg) Mercieca; his siblings, Robert Mercieca, Michael (LeAnna) Mercieca, Mark Mercieca, Christina Stamper, and Steven (Jennifer) Mercieca; nine nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him.
