Elbert Paul Guerrini age 92, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 10, 2023.

Elbert was the youngest of nine children whose family migrated to Detroit from Italy.

Elbert was a retired Southfield Police Department Lieutenant. In his early years, he served in the Navy.  He enjoyed his home in West Bloomfield, Michigan where he resided for over 40 years. Elbert appreciated all the wildlife and nature in his neighborhood. He cherished his family and was present for his children's and grandchildren's many activities.

Beloved husband, preceded in death by his wife Dorothy. He is survived by his children Edward Guerrini and Marie Beisel, beloved grandchildren Robert Guerrini (Lisa Guerrini), Victoria Power (Dan Power), John Beisel; great-grandchildren: Evelyn Guerrini, Alexander Guerrini, Stella Guerrini, Zelie Guerrini, and Hugo Power.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.
