E. Joyce Sampeer, age 93, of Farmington Hills, passed away peacefully at home, Saturday, January 7, 2023.

She was born in Detroit, MI, December 12, 1929, the daughter of the late Yvonne and Arthur Turpin.

Joyce is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Robert and her brothers, Thomas and Arthur Turpin.

She is the loving mother of Bradley Sampeer (Judy Jankowiak) and Camille Ceccarelli (Fred); beloved grandmother of Andrea and Dominic; dearest aunt to many but she was especially thankful to Debbie Lancaster (Don) and Marybeth LaTour (George) and a special great aunt to Jessica and Bob LaTour.

It was Joyce's wishes to be cremated and not have any services at this time.  She will be laid to rest at a later date with her husband Robert at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens.
