Douglas S. Julet, age 72, of Livonia, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Trinity Health in Livonia, with his family at his side.

Doug was born November 16, 1952, in Dearborn, the son of Wilbur and Dorothy (Oster) Julet.  He retired from Ford Motor Company where he was employed as a technician.

Doug is the beloved father of Douglas (Jennifer) Julet, Kristen Stoudt and Marie (Tony) Denome; cherished grandfather of Ethan Kase, Dougie Julet, Lillian Stoudt, Gavin Stoudt, Eddie Denome and Juliette Denome; fond brother of Dave (Diane) Julet, the late Lynne Davies, the late Tim Julet, Jon Julet and Charley Julet; and brother-in-law of Dave Davies and Michelle Julet.

Not only was he a wonderful father, but a very involved Papa to his 6 grandkids. He enjoyed taking them to feed the ducks, reading books, watching movies, singing songs, going to the park and just spending quality time together.

The Julet family is planning a Celebration of Life at a later date.
