Dolores Tomczak-Karlskin, of Central Lake, Michigan, formerly of Farmington Hills, entered eternal life at her home on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. She was 93 years old.

Dolores was born December 26, 1928, in Detroit, to the late William and Gancie (Kluska) Hartman. She was preceded in death by husbands, Joseph Tomczak in 1995, and Donald Karlskin in 2013, daughters, Catherine Kwiatkowski and Laurene Hochstein, and her brother, Roland "Ronnie" Hartman.

Surviving are three children, Joseph (Karen) Tomczak, Carolyn (Ronald) Williams, and James (Rhonda) Tomczak; two sisters, Christine Radniesky and Jean Marie Lunsford; and grandchildren, Jennifer Freeman, Tamara Tomczak, Daniel (Tenley Lark) Tomczak, Ronnie (Brianne) Williams, Steven (Kristen) Williams, Caitlin (William) Suchyta, Jimmy (Ann) Tomczak, Alyssa Groeneveld, Stephanie Kevwitch, Basil (Jennifer) Kwiatkowski, Amanda (Stephen) Hambleton, Ashley Hochstein, and Breanne Hochstein; and great-grandchildren, Emma, Elayna, Ethan, Shaedon, RJ, Tyler, Charlotte, Isabella, Madelyn, Mikenna, Sophie, Laina, Teddy, Rhett, and Case.

Dolores was a farm girl at heart who loved gardening, cooking, sewing, dogs and most of all, her family.  She also enjoyed traveling, especially camping.  May her kind and lovely soul rest in peace.

Dolores' family will receive guests at the funeral home on Friday, December 9, from 2-8 pm, with a 7 pm rosary.

Her funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday morning, December 10, at 10:00 am (in state 9:30 am) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 23615 Power Rd., Farmington.

Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield.
