Diane Marie
Sheill
Feb 7, 1950 — Sep 27, 2022
White Lake
Diane (Bosak) Sheill, 72, of White Lake, Michigan, passed away peacefully on September 27th, 2022, in her home surrounded by the love of her husband and daughters.
Diane was born on February 7, 1950, in Norway, Michigan, to the late John and Frances (Dallapiazza) Bosak. "Bosak" attended St. Gemma's Grade School in Detroit, MI and Ladywood High School in Livonia, MI. She received her bachelor's degree from Oakland University.
Everyone who knew Di Di felt her big and caring heart. She never hesitated to let people know that she loved them, and was the most loving wife, mom, and grandma our family could ask for. She will be missed especially by her three grandchildren, who adored her to pieces and will miss their sleepovers with Grandma, long Facetime chats, and her warm and loving cuddles. Di was not only a mom to her girls, she was their best friend that loved unconditionally. Diane enjoyed spending time and relaxing with Dave at their beautiful home. Di loved to cook and always made sure her friends and family felt welcomed in their home. Lady Di also loved time with her friends–playing cards with her Ladywood girls, fun nights out with the "Costick" crew, and lunches with all her dearest friends.
Our "Di" is the beloved wife of David of 48 years; loving mother of Meghan Wierzbicki and Kimberly Romanosky; doting mother-in-law of Tory Wierzbicki and Andy Romanosky; Grandma to three grandchildren she loved to the moon and back, Emmi, Noah, and Jacob; sister of Dennis Bosak; sister-in-law of Virginia Bosak, and Marilynne and Gerry Jagacki; aunt to numerous nieces and nephews; and cousins also survive.
Gifts in lieu of flowers may be made in Diane's memory to Almost Home Animal Rescue , an organization dedicated to finding loving, forever homes for homeless animals including her two grand dogs that she adored, Coda and Willow.
Our family would like to thank the nurses, doctors, and aides at Henry Ford Health and Henry Ford Hospice for their compassion, love, and care during Diane's illness. We would also like to thank our incredibly supportive family and friends for their prayers, meals, and loving time spent with Di prior to her untimely passing
The Sheill family will receive guests at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 11th, from 2-8 pm. A time of prayer and remembering is planned for 7:00 pm.
Diane's funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday morning, October 12, at 10:00 am (gathering after 9:30 am) at Holy Name Catholic Church, 630 Harmon Street, Birmingham.
