Carol A. Bastianelli, age 79, of Redford, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023.

Carol was born December 8, 1943, in Farmington Hills, the daughter of Stanley and Irene Pylar.  She graduated from Our Lady of Sorrows in 1961, and married Richard Bastianelli in 1962, and he preceded her in death in 2014.

Carol is the loving mother of Cheryl (Steven) Howell, Ricky (Kimm) Bastianelli, and the late Christina Campau; cherished grandmother of numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and dear sister of Bud (Connie) Pylar, Vince (Chris) Pylar, Rose (Frank) Foltyn, Arlene (Denny) Foltyn, and Marilyn (Mike) Sandoval.

The Bastianelli family will receive guests on Saturday, May 27th from 1 pm until the 4 pm funeral service.
